NICE SURGERY WITH NICE & COMPETENT & LISTENING STAFF
please do something about the telephone
Been using Poplar Grove for some years now and am happy to recommend services all round.
Online booking for appointments and prescriptions are first rate, as is the personal touch I find from all staff.
Well done!
Dr's themselves largely very good, but practice is obviously over-subscribed, with even less appointment availability than before merger and frequently long reception queues; almost impossible to see named or same G.P., affecting continuity of care. Administration has previously been poor. Computerised check-in was recently changed to a significantly slower system. Could do better.
I have a long term illness and won't to see MY dr for continuity of care but there is a months wait!!! Or it was offered to me to arrive at the surgery at 07.30 and wait!!!! I have hypermobility syndrome, fibromyalgia which means I'm in agonizing pain every day and my joints come out of place so to sit and wait is not an option I'm now to the point where I put off going to the Drs for weeks at a time which causes me more pain and problems I'm at a loss I don't understand why they had to merge the two practices there was nothing wrong with Broughton house at least I could see my Dr the day that I call up Not Happy
